Seniors, Want to Earn $100?

Who couldn't use an extra $100? This is for the Class of 2008 or 2009. When you send us five of your friends to have their senior portraits done by us, we'll give you $100 cold, hard cash. For every student after the first five, you'll receive an additional $20. To get credit for the referral, make sure your friends tell us you referred them. Credit is given when the senior arrives for their session. Be sure to have them check out our website, blog and their mailbox for our current specials.

Rochester Wedding

Ellen and I shot Andrea and Aaron's wedding today in Rochester. Angela Hall of Out of the Ordinary Weddings was the coordinator of today's event at the Clarion Riverside Hotel. The wedding was fit for royalty. We had the opportunity to explore areas of downtown Rochester to get some great urban and skyline shots.

She Said "Yes"!

I was just going through some of my favorite engagement sessions for a new gallery on my website. I thought I would share some of them with you.

I also want to jump on to a cool concept I recently read about of taking candid marriage proposal photos. This is where a hopeful groom would hire us to take unsuspecting photos of him proposing to his girlfriend and their reactions. I was thinking of calling them "She Said 'Yes'!" sessions.

Making Rainbows

When it rains on the day of the wedding I'm shooting, I have a choice, I can let it ruin things or I can play with the rain. When life hands you lemons you make lemonade. Well when life hands me rain, I make rainbows.

Twins Update

The turn out for the twins book has been great. We are still in the process of editing and uploading many of the shoots we've done so far. If you haven't submitted your write up for the book yet please send that as soon as possible. We are starting to narrow down the choices for publishing the book and we'll need to start doing the layout shortly. Cheers Boston

Rich and I spent the afternoon with Alicia and Matt the day after their wedding, touring some of the sites in Boston to do a Day After photo shoot. We went to Bull & Finch which is the real name of the bar from Cheers, as well as Boston Common and the Hancock Tower. Then we went near the Zakim Bridge and did some photos of Alicia and Matt with my brother's Mustang in an alley. They came out sweet! The panorama photo was taken by Rich. Way to go bro!
